Here is our Valentine's Day menu

Three small amuse-bouches

Crispy fried scallops on a delicate burrata cream, accompanied by Trevisano radicchio and

pink grapefruit, mustard vinaigrette, celery oil and candied grapefruit

 

 

Green spinach cannelloni with aromatic duck filling, au gratin and served on a sauté

of black kale and Datterini tomatoes

 

 

Local milk-fed veal loin in a black Norcia truffle sauce, served with creamy

mashed potatoes and small market vegetables

 

 

Lemon cremoso with lemon crumble, vanilla passion fruit ice cream and light almond foam

 

Menu price per person £95.00

 

Homemade bread and cover charge £4.00
