Our menu is regional, traditional and with Mediterranean influences. Innovatively interpreted by Karl Baumgartner it leaves nothing to be desired. Karl Baumgartner’s creations, the perfect balance of local tradition and Southern lightness, were first rewarded with a Michelin star in 1996 and confirmed every subsequent year. The restaurant won many national and international awards, yet remains unpretentious and welcoming. All dishes are full of flavour, and we try to source all our ingredients from local produces in the Puster valley.
