Terlano asparagus and freshly picked dandelions from our meadows are back in season!
At this time of year, we also serve kid goat roasted in olive oil with lardo and mountain herbs.

On Sunday, 5 April at lunchtime (no à la carte in the evening), we will be serving a traditional 4-course Easter menu. Some dishes will be announced verbally on site if one or more dishes on the menu do not meet your requirements.
