News from the kitchen:
We are constantly changing our menu and cooking with seasonal ingredients!
Now with the beginning of summer there are also more fish dishes,
vegetarian and spring dishes such as salads, herbs and flowers from our garden,
the kid from the Pustertal, soon the first mushrooms and the deer from our hunter from Falzes.
Our classics such as calf's head, cheese dumplings and saddle of venison are always on our menu.
